Workshops
The workshops I deliver are tailored, using experiences and insights from my time as a service user. The sessions are emotive and aim to challenge the ‘status quo’! I recommend a minimum of 8 attendees & a maximum of 25. I can accommodate for larger or smaller groups if necessary.
Keynote Speaker
If you’re hosting an event, conference or meeting on the topic of mental health, trauma, social work or faith, I am available as a keynote speaker.
Singing Engagements
I sing at a variety of venues, events, conferences, churches and businesses. I have some songs based on lived experiences, which help raise awareness of mental health and remind others that there is hope. I also sing songs related to the Christian faith, singing regularly at church events and services.
Consultancy Sessions
These tailored consultancy sessions offer professionals, carers, leaders and organisations the opportunity to explore specific topics in more depth. Sessions are shaped around your needs and can cover lived experience, trauma, behaviour, the care system, professional practice and trauma-informed approaches.
Restoring the Years
Restoring the Years is a collection of lived experience memoirs exploring mental health, the care system, childhood trauma, faith, healing, restoration and hope.
The book follows Esther’s journey through significant abuse, loss and trauma, alongside the relationships, support and faith that became part of her healing and recovery.
It is both an honest account of difficult experiences and a message of hope for those navigating their own journey of healing and change.
Interwoven with testimonies of faith and restoration, Restoring the Years reflects Esther’s belief that even through the darkest seasons, healing and renewal are possible.
