The workshops I deliver are tailored, using experiences & insights from my time as a service user. The sessions are emotive & aim to challenge the ‘status quo’!
I recommend a minimum of 8 attendees & a maximum of 25. I can accommodate for larger or smaller groups if necessary.

Singing Engagements
I sing at a variety of venues, events, conferences, churches & businesses. I have some songs based on lived-experiences, which help raise awareness of mental health & remind others that there is hope. I also sing songs related to the Christian faith, singing regularly at church events & services.

These sessions are tailored towards professionals, carers, leaders & organisations. I recognise that group workshops aren’t suitable for everyone, so this is a great alternative for individuals wanting more in-depth discussion time with me.
